the good health guidelines

that I am an inspiration
this journey is a choice
I have the skills to do this
what will happen if I stop
losing weight is hard work
I can do hard things
I Know...
I have the confidence
I have the tenacity
I have the knowledge
to persist
for one more meal
for one more day
for one more week
I Know...
I will get to my goal
